Our SaaS solution MIRA enables collaborative demand and capacity management in the automotive supply chain. It connects customers and suppliers, identifies bottlenecks early, and improves planning and decision-making. The core process follows these two steps:

02. Continuous Data Comparison
Within a strategic planning horizon of up to 24 months, demand and capacity datasets are continuously updated and exchanged between suppliers and customers. So that necessary measures can be taken at an early stage.
01. Matching Demand and Capacity Data
Customers and part suppliers jointly define which demand volumes should be matched with which production capacities. These relationships are mapped in the system using structured capacity groups, enabling transparent and standardized planning.

More about Onboarding
Your added value
Robust, accurate capacity planning for the automotive supply chain.
Maximum customer satisfaction
Catena-X standards are becoming increasingly relevant for procurement at more and more OEMs. Secure orders by adopting the new industry standard.
Faster response times thanks to an extended planning horizon and continuously updated demand and capacity figures ensure maximum on-time delivery and satisfied customers.
Minimal costs and planning effort
Automated, standardized data exchange and a shared, reliable database significantly reduce manual coordination efforts—by up to 60%.
In addition, increased transparency prevents overproduction and shortages—and thus unnecessary labor, inventory, and transportation costs, as well as expensive express shipments or penalties.

Approach
Collaboration Rethought
The MIRA DCM-Suite leverages the Catena-X Data Space to enable standardized and collaborative Demand and Capacity Management (DCM) in the automotive supply chain. MIRA meets the highest standards in data sovereignty, interoperability, and secure cross-company data exchange, officially confirmed by Catena-X certification.
To ensure efficient data exchange between customers and suppliers in the DCM process, the Catena-X CX-0128 standard defines standardized data models, secure data exchange protocols, and a shared logic for interpreting demand and capacity data.
